Telegram Online user count bot

I want to develop a Telegram bot that has a 1000 Accounts in its bot pool where when i request i want all those 1000 accounts to join a specific group on my command and go online ( so must appear like real users) all the account i can provide are in the form of TG datas ( portable accounts) . The bot must be able to appear online for weeks without failure so a server and proxy will be needed too .
