Telegram-to-Kucoin Trading Bot

I'm looking for a proficient Python developer, with experience in bot creation, who can construct a high-speed trading bot for me. This bot should monitor a specific Telegram group at intervals of 0.1 seconds. When certain conditions are met, it should execute trades on the Kucoin exchange.
Key requirements:
- The bot should be coded in Python.
- It should monitor a Telegram group and be able to interpret the last message.
- If the message contains the name of a coin to buy, the bot must execute the purchase on Kucoin with utmost speed.
- After buying, the bot must either sell the coin after 10 seconds, or be configured to sell at a certain percentage gain or loss.
- Ideally, the developer should have previous experience developing trading bots for cryptocurrencies.
