I'm looking for a developer who can help me set up a system on my Mac that will monitor specific Telegram chats for messages containing the keywords 'Germany' or 'Norway'.
Requirements:
- The system should alert me by ringing or playing a sound whenever a message containing these keywords is detected.
- I should be able to specify which chats to monitor based on their chat name.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in developing for MacOS
- Experience with Telegram API
- Ability to create a user-friendly interface for chat selection
