Telegram Group Duplication for Promotions

I'm in need of a professional who can help me duplicate a Telegram group for the purpose of business promotions. I have a reference group that I would like to replicate.

Key Requirements:
- Duplicate the Telegram group using Python or any software.
- Rename the new group and make me the admin.
- Share the reference group invite link for duplication.

The primary purpose of this duplicated group is for business promotions. It's essential that all current members of the reference group are added to the new group. I do not require the duplication of messages, media or group settings and rules from the reference group. Instead, I only want members from the reference group to be in the new group.
