I need a reliable and experienced coder to stabilize and maintain subscriber count on my public Telegram channel, which currently has over 1000 subscribers. The channel primarily focuses on product and service promotions.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with Telegram bots, APIs, and subscriber analytics
