Telegram Channel Flagging Bot

I need a Telegram bot that can flag channels using different accounts simultaneously without joining. If joining is required, the bot will join and report on the channel. The list of channels to be flagged will be sourced from a text or CSV file. The bot should also have ban protection mechanisms in place.
