Telegram Bot with python running on the server 24/7

Need to have telegram bot on written on python, Hosted on our server will be used UBUNTU 20. x. x.
Bot has to have ability to read the content of users messages and resend. For example if someone wants to see the contract it should display the contract address, if price should display the price, and more. We have to able to set the context from test and respond it via bot. Including to set a rules to bock any inappropriate words and links to any external use. Admins should be exception to use external links. Documentation is a kay to set up the app on Linux environment including backend env. We will provide the server with full access for testing the app.
