Telegram Bot de ofertas de Chile en python

Hello! I am looking for someone to develop a Telegram Bot for Chilean offers in Python. The Telegram platform was chosen for the bot, as it can provide notifications to users. While user interaction may be desired in the future, that is not the current requirement. Additionally, a database to store information is not needed at this time.

The developer should have knowledge of Telegram development, Python coding and software architecture. Experience developing bots for the Telegram platform is strongly preferred. The bot will have to support text messages, document/photo sending and other features delivered by the Telegram platform.
