Telegram Bot for Solar Event Alerts

I'm looking to create a Telegram Bot that will monitor solar events from NOAA and SPACEWEATHERLIVE. The bot will specifically track solar flares, geomagnetic storms, and the Kp Index.
Key Features:
- Send notifications upon detection of an event
- Generate detailed reports for each event
Monitoring Frequency:
- The bot should check for updates every 6 hours.
Ideal Skills/Experience:
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages
- Previous experience with Telegram Bot development
- Understanding of solar events and their significance
- Ability to create a reliable and efficient monitoring system.
