Telegram Bot for Key Tracking

I'm looking for a developer who can create a Telegram bot for tracking key movements in our organization. The bot should monitor when keys are issued and when they are returned.

Key Features:
- Track Issuing and Returning of Keys: The bot should log every key that's taken out and every key that's returned. This will help us keep a close eye on our key inventory.

- User Accessibility: The bot should be easy to use for all employees. This means the interface should be simple and intuitive, without any complex commands.

- No Notifications Required: Unlike most tracking systems, this bot will not require any notifications to be sent out. Users should be able to check on key status whenever they need to, without being interrupted by alerts.

Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Telegram Bot API
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python or JavaScript
- Experience in creating user-friendly interfaces
