Telegram Bot Development

Hello,
I want a Telegram bot that looks for certain messages from other Telegram channels and forwards them to me. It should work similarly to this bot @shillsniper_bot
You can find it on Telegram.
The bot is not an admin and does not have any permissions—initially, it only has basic ones.
That means it’s a bot like the Shill Sniper Bot on Telegram.
The bot monitors many channels, and I can add or remove channels myself. There should be no limit on the number of channels, because I want to monitor over 100 channels.
The bot scans the group messages for one specific message—a Pump.fun token address. It looks like this:

If a Pump.fun token address is posted in one of the monitored channels, it is forwarded to me, i.e. to the Telegram bot.
The bot has signal settings, which means I can configure when I am notified. For example, if at least 3 groups post the same Pump.fun token address, I will be notified. This setting can be adjusted from 1 to 18.
There is a list of channels that are currently being monitored by the bot. I can edit these channels—in other words, when I press “Edit List,” I can mute channels.

Token address (copyable with one click):x
Marketcap: x
Age: x
Holders: x
For each channel that mentioned the token, there is a link to the post.
The volume for 1 minute and 5 minutes, along with the net buy and net sell from Gmgn .ai
The number of views per channel—that is, how many people have seen the post in each channel. The number of views is recorded one minute after the token address is uploaded and sent separately, i.e. not with the first message.
Please do not forget that the bot must be fast and no delays or anything like Shill Sniper Bot
