Telegram-Binance Crypto Signal Conduit

I need capable Python developers to create a bridge from my telegram crypto signal channel to Binance. You'll be taking cues from the telegram channel and using those signals to implement trades on Binance. Despite my lack of experience working with Telegram APIs or bots, the project must run seamlessly.
Key responsibilities:
- Converting telegram signals into Binance trades
- Ensuring accurate trade implementation
- Developing the solution entirely in Python
Ideal candidates will be experienced Python programmers, ideally with prior knowledge of both Telegram APIs and Binance. Regular updates on the project are not necessary, the main focus should be on completion and correct operation of the project. Understanding of cryptocurrency markets would definitely be a bonus.
