Telegram Auto-forward Bot with Customization

I'm looking for a Telegram bot developer who can create a bot for me that can automatically forward messages from specific Telegram channels. The bot should also have options to customize the forwarded messages, specifically adding a prefix or suffix and replacing certain keywords.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Telegram Bot API
- Programming skills (Python, Node.js, etc.)
- Experience with message parsing and customization
- Familiarity with Telegram channels and their structure
Please note that I have not yet decided on what triggers the bot should use to forward messages. However, the bot should be flexible enough to incorporate this feature in the future.
