Telegram Anonymous Reply Bot Creation

I am looking for an experienced Telegram bot developer to create a custom bot for my Telegram channel. The bot must allow users to post comments anonymously on discussion posts, as threaded replies. Also when users post things in the telegram channel, other users cannot see their names.
Users’ names must not be visible to other members but only visible to owner and members with admin rights.

Requirements:

Bot posts comments in the channel under its own name so that members do not see each other's names, only owner and people with admin rights.

Bot replies to channel posts so comments appear threaded.

Optional moderation to filter spam or inappropriate content.
