I'm looking for a Technical Interviewer with expertise in SQL and Python. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting technical interviews, evaluating problem-solving abilities, and assessing coding skills across multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online technical interviews.
- Assess candidates on:
- Python: Data Structures and Algorithms, Web Development Frameworks, Scripting and Automation
- SQL: Database Design
- Unix/Linux: Shell Scripting
- General problem-solving and coding skills
- Provide detailed feedback on candidate performance.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Python and familiar with coding platforms like HackerRank.
- Prior experience as a developer or technical trainer is preferred.
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and provide constructive feedback.
