Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online technical interviews.
- Assess candidates on:
- Python: Data Structures, Algorithms, Web Development Frameworks, Scripting, Automation
- SQL and Unix/Linux proficiency
- General problem-solving and coding skills
- Provide detailed feedback on candidate performance.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Python and familiar with coding platforms like HackerRank.
- Prior experience as a developer or technical trainer is preferred.
- Ability to evaluate candidates effectively and provide constructive feedback.
