I need a freelancer who can craft short video on mixture of topics such as Thai culture and image processing via python cv2 library. The video should include a brief research segment on the cultural aspects of Thailand, along with several interesting methods for processing images of these aspects using the cv2 library. Cultural aspects i choose personally, duration should be between a 1 minute and 4.
