Algorithmics is an international programming school for kids aged 6 to 17. We currently have over 150,000 students. In our courses we help kids take their first steps in the world of IT. We teach in a playful way and pride ourselves on an individual approach to each child. We use a platform and a unique methodology developed by us. Our schools are located in over 200 cities and 25 countries from Australia to the USA and we are starting a "new adventure" in Poland. We are looking for new team members who will share this commitment and help us continue to improve our services.
Job Description:
✔ Deliver lessons in Polish using Algorithmics' methodology materials and teaching techniques
✔ Create and maintain a friendly atmosphere among our students and encourage teamwork
✔ Monitor the quality of the educational process
✔ Prevent and resolve possible conflict situations with parents and children based on our company standards
Who we are looking for:
→ Students or graduates who enjoy working with children and want to show them that programming can be simple, interesting and fun. Technical or pedagogical college and/or experience with children's groups (clubs, camps) is an advantage
→ Intermediate knowledge of English is necessary to undergo training, understand our teaching materials and to communicate with our team
→ Basic knowledge of programming. Carefully crafted content and sophisticated methodology on our platform ensures that you will be able to deliver lessons to a high standard
