Teach me data proccessing, Data mining, Data scraping and .... about data

I'm in search of some body to teach me all that mentioned in the title and more of that if there is any.
some ppl use python, some of them use some online tools (I don't know much about that )
the winner bidder will be some one who is familiar with both.
tell me a little about them in your bid.
Note : probably prefer someone who know/native in Pashto or Persian but this is not a must.
