Teach me Seaborn & Matplotlib using my own data set (Python, Jupyter Notebook, Visual Studio users)

I used to work with Python ,ultimately Jupyter notebook on my Visual Studio Code. But I really do not understand how to produce barplot, scatter plot and so on.
Can you teach me how to do it?
