Tamil Chatbot Development on WhatsApp

I am in need of a Python Developer to create a simple Tamil-language chatbot primarily for WhatsApp. The chatbot will serve to gather user data and respond in Tamil.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a Python backend for the chatbot.
- Collecting basic user information and preferences through simple chat prompts.
- Creating dynamic Tamil responses with our guidance.

There's an opportunity to enhance the project's scope:
- Integrating the chatbot with WhatsApp, using your experience with the WhatsApp API or Twilio.
- Connecting the chatbot to the OpenAI API for generating responses, we will provide the necessary key.

Ideal skills for this project:
- Proficiency in Python is a must.
- Prior experience with chatbot development, specifically using Flask or FastAPI.
- Familiarity with Tamil Unicode handling.
- Experience with WhatsApp API or Twilio would be a bonus.
