Tally-Frappe ERP Data Synchronization -- 2
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I'm looking for assistance in creating a data migration from the Tally Prime accounting software and Frappe ERP system. The preferred candidate will:
- Have experience with both Tally and Frappe ERP.
- Be familiar with data synchronization processes.
- Be comfortable handling sensitive financial and inventory data.
Details of Tally usage -
Nature of Business ? - Manufacturing Domain.
Size of the current Database? - Less than 300 MB total.
Required to set up a single company or multi-company? 2 Companies.
How many GST do they have? 2 GST Number
Are they doing E-bay Billing or E-invoicing? Both E-way Billing & E-invoicing
What compliances are there like TDS, TCS, or any other? TDS & TCS, GST return , ESIC, EPF & Prof. Tax, Stock audit.
Number of Bank Accounts? 5 banks
Also want Payroll, Stock, and Asset accounting through ERPNext? Yes.
Apart from the profit-lass statement and balance sheet which kind of reports do they require?
Cash Book, Bank Book, Journal, Debit Note, Credit Note, Sale Register, Purchase Register, Ledger, Trial Balance with details & Normal
Key tasks include:
- Establishing secure data pathways between Tally and Frappe ERP.
- Synchronizing Master/Transactions,financial, inventory, and customer data between two systems.
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity during synchronization.
- Providing documentation and troubleshooting support post-implementation.
- This is one time migration of data from Tally to ERPNext/FRappe.
