TTS with Google API - texts from file

I am looking for a person that will code a console tool (Ubuntu Linux) that will use file (like the one attached) to generate audios using Google TTS (can be using API). Each line from text file should be separate audio file and named according to line number. I should be abble to choose langauge and voice I wish to use.
