TTS Module with GUI

We are looking for a developer with substantial expertise in Text-to-Speech (TTS) technology, and machine deep learning. Our project involves creating a Text-to-Speech solution for the Kurdish language.
The goal is to develop a user-friendly desktop tool what we can use for our Work and also train it in same time.
This tool will be exclusively available for personal use, with no sign-in or pricing plans.
the Tool should be in Python or in WPF or Dot.net, and its should have a user friendly UI.
If is need we can Provide u also Figma Design for the GUI and this will be help full for u and for us and this is what we prefare, currently we have no any Figmna design, but when u have some references then please share.
- Storage the Data in seperate Folder during the Installtion
- Daily backup Option
We need the TTS Tool should have following Options:
- The Tool should be able also scalable for Sppech to Text for future work.
Text Field that we can add text to it and converte this Text to Kurdish in wav. and in Mp3.
- text the Voice so long as its match, try again option so longh as its match.
- Testing the Voice or mean train the Tool during the Converting
- Option to train the Tool by adding new Text and voice , we want be able to train our Tool by us self.

Adult - Old
Male- Female
Kids - Young
Male - Female
The Tool has to read the text with comma, points, sentence what ever need , and be able to use the human speech like funny and sad.
We Have many of Training Files ready what we can Provide u for training to get good resualt, also we have a Local server that we can provide u the access to train the Tool.
