OR-TOOLS -> VRPTW Project | WEB APP
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We have a need of a simple and straight forward application to solve a Veichle Routing Problem with Time Windows for a fleet of small delivery vans.
Main aspects to be considered:
-> The algorithmic core of the app should be based on Google Optimization Library (OR-TOOLS)
-> The MAPS data for Distance Matrix and Time Matrix should be based on OSRM.
-> The GEOREF of addresses should be done using Google Maps API or HERE Maps API.
-> The list of locations to be visited as well as time windows of visits and other restrictions should be uploaded through XLS or CSV file over a web browser.
-> Before the Route Optimization takes place all the Lat/Long locations should be shown on a Map (over a browser) for the user to accept, edit or remove the locations from the optimization that will take place after the visual check.
-> The APP should be ready to be used by at least 10 users at the same time.
-> After the Optimization takes place should be sent an email for each user with the sequence of locations according to the solution of the VRPTW with the respective WAZE link for turn by turn navigation.
We already have this workflow in use for one van so that our main goal is to allow the replication of it for a bunch of new drivers to escalate the operation.
It is our intention to receive the source code, once the app is finished.
