TOOLS FOR SCRAPE DATA FROM WEB SITE

I am looking for a programmer to build a scraping tool to harvest data from a website. The website has a dynamic structure, with login credentials required, and the complexity level is considered moderate. The type of data that needs to be scraped is text only. I would prefer the tool to be written in Python, but other programming languages may be acceptable. The tool must be able to securely scrape the data without any security measures preventing it from doing so, such as CAPTCHAs. If you have experience building scraping tools and the right programming skills, please bid on my project.
