TEXT SCRAPER FROM YOUTUBE VIDEOS SNAPSHOTS, 1 PER SECOND, 8 CAPTURES PER SNAPSHOT

make a video scraping code that returns me 8 texts extracted from each image, in a ratio of 1 capture per second. This scraping is done from youtube videos that, depending on the channel, have the same position for each information.
I would like the project to be written on Python
and require the scraped data to be stored in AWS or DynamoDB)
