Looking for a skilled freelancer who can develop a simple process of click few buttons and select input file to extract numeric digits from JPEG images hosted on a cloud server using the Google Vision API with their TEXT_DETECTION.

The task involves extracting numeric digits using Google's TEXT_DETECTION feature from JPEG images hosted on a cloud server.:
- Image URLs are provided in an Excel file (sample attached), with over 200 URLs.
- The extracted numeric digits need to be added to the same Excel file in columns next to each corresponding image URL.

We require only the digits with a length between 4 to 8 digits. Other text information is not needed.
Google Vision API supports offline asynchronous batch image annotation for all features.

Need simple process (like click action button and select file with image urls) to extract numeric digits TEXT_DETECTION on JPG images hosted on cloud server using API.
