TDLR Project Records Scraping

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a data scraping tool. I need someone to scrape project records from the TDLR website. The scraped data should be delivered in a CSV file.

Requirements:
- Experience with web scraping tools (Python)
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy of the scraped data
- Proficiency in handling anti-scraping measures (if needed)
- Ability to deliver clean, well-structured CSV files
- Attention to detail and adherence to project specifications
- Output data in a structured CSV format.
