Symbol Matching Tool in Python
Budget: $50 – $100 AUD
I need two Python scripts to find matching symbols in a folder using shape similarity.
Requirements:
1. First Script: Create a similarity database using provided PNG symbols.
2. Second Script: Load the database, compare images, and return the filename of the matching symbol based on shape similarity.
This is so the script can be run without access to the folder containing the symbols. Needs 95% accuracy.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with image processing libraries (e.g., OpenCV, PIL)
- Knowledge of similarity algorithms and shape recognition
- Ability to work with PNG format
