Syllabus Maker

We need a full stack Django developer. That will make the syllabus mentioned in the attachment. Currently this syllabus is made in word file and then converted to pdf. We need editable content. Like rows can be added for adding modules or subjects. And various users can edit, view or download as per the permissions granted.
