I am trying to classify images using swin transformer.

I am looking for someone to confirm
is the above link use pre-trained model? if not, How can I use the swin transformer with pre-trained model?
Is there a way in keras that I can use it ?
I will implement everything , but I need someone to guide me and to correct me if I am wrong.
