Swift & Python BLE Developer Needed

I need a skilled developer experienced with Swift and Python to assist with a simple project involving Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The primary tasks will involve creating a basic Swift class that acts as a BLE Peripheral on iOS, and a Python script (or Mac app) that functions as a BLE Central.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a Swift class which:
- Functions as a BLE Peripheral.
- Emits a simple message to be read by a BLE Central.
2. Create a Python script or Mac app that:
- Acts as a BLE Central.
- Scans for available BLE peripherals.
- Connects to the BLE Peripheral.
- Reads and displays the simple message.
Requirements:
- Basic experience with both Swift and Python.
- Familiarity with CoreBluetooth in Swift and a simple BLE library like Bleak in Python.
- Ability to detect iOS Peripheral advertising packets using a MacOS Central.
There is no need for a pre-existing project structure or specific logging/debugging features. A blank project will suffice. The focus is on basic data exchange without complexity, thus no advanced functionality is needed.
