Subtitle Text Extraction from Netflix Series

I'm seeking a skilled programmer to extract and organize text from the German subtitles of the Netflix series “Dark”. The subtitles from all 3 seasons should be used. They are publicly available. First, the subtitles should be edited to remove any text that does not represent spoken dialogue, for example descriptions of sounds, times, locations, etc. The resulting sentences should be sorted based on the frequency with which they appear in the entire three seasons of Dark. Finally, all duplicates should be removed. The result should be save in Excel with one sentence per row.
The freelancer for this project should have some basic understanding of the German language. This project is part of a linguistics project and accuracy is very important. The output file will be checked by a German language expert that I employ separately. Completeness and accuracy will be rewarded with a generous tip.

Requirements:
- Extracted text should be compiled in an Excel spreadsheet.
- The text should be organized by frequency, with the most frequently occurring sentences listed first.
- Each sentence should be placed on a separate row.
