Project description:
We have never used Odoo before and need full support from the beginning with setup and configuration. We are looking for a freelancer to implement and configure a B2B portal in Odoo (latest version preferred). The portal should allow our business customers to place orders online, access their individual price lists, and manage the full order, payment, and delivery process.
Scope of features:
1. Customer portal with login and product catalog.
2. Individual price lists and discounts assigned to each customer.
3. Tiered pricing by quantity:
• “Price from X” when ordering larger quantities (e.g. pallet = 5 cartons),
• different prices at thresholds (10 cartons, 1 carton, etc.),
• easy admin panel to edit these price rules.
4. Payment options:
• advance payment (deposit, e.g. 30%),
• invoice with payment terms (e.g. 14/30 days) for selected customers.
5. Shipping configuration:
• pricing rules per country and by weight/volume (packages, pallets),
• option for “self-pickup” (0 cost).
6. Product customization:
• option to upload own file (e.g. custom label),
• additional service “label design” for €50.
7. Customer portal features:
• access to order history, invoices, payment statuses.
8. Back-office workflow: order → down payment invoice → production → final invoice → delivery.
9. Multilingual portal in 4 languages: Polish, Italian, English, French.
Additional requirements:
• Full support for the first Odoo configuration (we are beginners with the system).
• Clean and user-friendly portal design (a standard theme is acceptable).
• Documentation and short user training after implementation.
