Student Collaboration Platform Development

I'm in need of a developer to create an interactive platform for students to collaborate. The core features will include:
- File Uploading: Students should be able to upload PDFs and Images. This will require integration with cloud storage for efficient file management.
- User Roles: The platform will cater to Students, Teachers, and Administrators. This will necessitate a robust user authentication system, preferably via Google and Apple.
- Group Connection Visualization: Using graph databases, we will map relationships among classmates, project partners, and study groups. This will involve using D3.js for dynamic and interactive visualizations.
The ideal candidate for this project should have extensive experience with:
- Backend Development: Proficient in Python (Django REST Framework), PostgreSQL, and Neo4j.
- Frontend Development: Skilled in React/Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and D3.js.
- Cloud Services: Familiar with AWS S3, EC2, and Vercel.
- AI/ML: Knowledgeable in using Tesseract for OCR, SpaCy for text analysis, and Scikit-learn for clustering.
- DevOps: Experienced with Docker, GitHub Actions, and Sentry.
