Streamlit Site Maintenance & Real-Time Updates

I'm seeking a proficient developer to help me with the final touch-ups on my Streamlit hosted site. The site is 95% as did by previous freelancer but he couldn't complete live hosting part so it needs some fine-tuning, and most importantly, implementation of live day-to-day updates.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing new features
- Ensuring the site's seamless operation
- Delivering real-time data updates
- Utilizing database updates as the source for real-time data.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Proficiency in Streamlit and relevant languages (Python, selenium etc.)
- Experience in real-time data integration
- Strong understanding of database updates (aiven and postgre).
- Proven track record in successful site maintenance
