Streamline Odoo Payroll Operations

I'm in need of a skilled freelancer to implement two specific enhancements to our Odoo Payroll module, aimed at streamlining our payroll process and improving the clarity of our payslip naming convention.
**Customization Requirements:**
1. **Compute Action Enhancement:**
- Develop and integrate an action button capable of calculating and updating the payslips for all employees simultaneously; and also for cancelling. This feature will significantly reduce the manual effort and time currently required to update each employee's payslip individually.
2. **Payslip Naming Convention:**
- Modify the default payslip naming system to follow a new convention: "Employee Name + Current Pay Period". Ex: Payslip dated Jan-16 to Feb-15 will show as start month's salary (January), instead of end month's (February).
3. Add a new payslip (pdf) format. The one there is too detailed. I will provide you a template. Just add it
