Streamline Invoices from multiple suppliers from scanned pdf to Excel to upload into odoo

I'm looking for an expert who can automate the importation of existing invoices from Odoo to Excel. Currently, all our invoices are manually entered into Odoo, which is time-consuming and prone to human error. We aim to improve our efficiency by automating this process.
Key Project Requirements:
- Create an automated system or script that extracts invoices from Odoo and populates them into an Excel template.
- The Excel template should be designed to include the following data fields for each invoice: Invoice number, date, total amount, customer details (name, address), and product/service details (description, quantity, price).
- Ensure the solution is user-friendly and does not require advanced technical skills for day-to-day operations.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with Odoo and its database structure.
