Streamdeck Plugin for Broadlink IR/RF Control

I'm seeking a Python script plugin that can operate my Broadlink IR/RF blaster via Bitfocus Companion on an Elgato Streamdeck. Key requirements include:
Control: The plugin should manage my TV, audio systems, projector, and screens.
Functionality: It needs to handle the power on/off, volume control, and input switching commands.
Brand Specificity: While I'm unsure about specific brands or models, the script should ideally be adaptable to various devices.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have extensive experience in Python scripting, familiarity with Broadlink IR/RF blasters, and a good understanding of Bitfocus Companion and Elgato Streamdeck.
