Stream Capture and Transcoding

I need a developer to capture a websocket binary video stream in H.264 format and send it to ffmpeg for transcoding into MP4.

Key Requirements:
- Capture H.264 video from websocket
- Send stream to ffmpeg for transcoding
- Output format: MP4

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with websockets
- Proficient in ffmpeg
