Stock alert

Looking to build a basic tool that will take list of stock ticker as configuration and it would download the past 5 years history of them in an internal database. Then it would run during regular stock hours (M-F 8am-4pm PST) to track the trend of the stock compared to past. If it there is statistically shap rise or fall then it would send email and sms alerts to the configured email address and telephone number. This is a rudimentary app that has potential to expand to a full-fledge app on the android/ios market. I would reseve the rights to the apps.
