Stock Screener for NSE stocks.

Hello,
I am looking for a stock screener on python for NSE stocks. The requirement is
1) To filter stocks based on certain filters, e.g. PE < 30, PB < 2, PEG < 2, Forward PE, Trailing PE.. etc based on Yahoo Finance API.
2) Perform future price predictions on the selected stocks based on cash flow, earning multiples, linear regression to predict future prices.
3) Display output on the screen.
