StarGAN implementation for weather images
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
Input- image of any weather condition
Output- The same image with different weather conditions (present in the below dataset e.g. dew, fogsmog etc.)
Algorithm- StarGAN
Dataset- https://www.kaggle.com/datasets/jehanbhathena/weather-dataset
The code should be written in Python and Google Colab. It's purpose is image domain translation (weather) using StarGAN. The output should be displayed for the scene in all the following weather conditions-
dew, fogsmog, frost, glaze, hail, lightning, rain, rainbow, rime, sandstorm and snow.
