Spoofing sms -- 2

I am looking for someone to help me spoof SMS messages. The message will have a specific purpose which is not a prank, or a scam, but rather something else (please specify). The intended reaction or action from the recipient of the message should be to take a specific action. I need this project completed as soon as possible, preferably by Thursday.
