Splunk setup for parse data

Hello, I'm looking for someone to help me set up Splunk to help me parse data. Specifically, I need help with parsing logs in JSON format, but currently it has into a txt file, and some file has named without extensions. and I would like this project done within a week. Expertise in Splunk and knowledge in the areas of log comparison and analytics are a must.
