Split a Tax Base in two in Odoo

*check screenshot attached, it is self explanatory.
I have a TAX in my Odoo database that I need its "base" to be split into two "bases" as follows:
base 1: price_unit - lot.x_serial_purchase_precio
base 2: price_unit - lot.x_serial_purchase_precio ) / 1.21
if you can do it i will grant you the proyect now, you should be able to show me this work done in your Odoo database v15 , so I can check and if all good then I will do the same in my production database. If you are an expert this job should not take you more than 1h.
I am using v15 enterprise in odoo.sh though I think version will not mater in this case.
