Speech to Text, Text to Speach Integration

I am looking for a developer experienced in speech to text and text to speech integration for a web-based voice-based user interface project in Django. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:

Platform: Web
- Proficiency in web development languages such as Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with web speech APIs (OpenAI) and libraries

Main Purpose: Voice-based User Interface
- Understanding of voice recognition and synthesis technologies
- Ability to create a seamless and intuitive user experience through voice commands

Multiple Languages:
- Experience in implementing multilingual support in speech to text and text to speech integration
- Knowledge of language processing and translation APIs
