Speech Emotion Detection -- 2

Emotion detection from speech using deeplearning model. ( bilstm, lstm, etc).The code should be written in python with detailed description of code. The performance metrics should be included and an accuracy of 85+ is expected.
The amount will be credited only after completion of work.
