Github project running on local VSCODE with given data and code

I am looking for someone who can run a github repo and help me deploy the code on Visual Studio Code. The project should run as is and any version of VSCode will do. specific requirements or configurations needed for running the code is given in the repo. The only deliverable I expect is a successful deployment.

Skills and Experience:
